Scheduled Call Routing gives Teams users control over when they receive intercom calls, while CyberGate automatically routes calls around off-hours, absences and holidays.
A visitor arrives at reception after business hours. A delivery driver reaches a warehouse entrance during a shift change. A healthcare facility needs calls to follow a different pattern at night, at weekends or on holidays.
These situations are ordinary, but managing them has often meant manual intervention, complicated intercom configurations and inconsistent behaviour between locations and device brands. Scheduled Call Routing in CyberGate changes that.
Scheduled Call Routing lets Teams users decide when they receive intercom calls. They define their availability schedule, and CyberGate automatically redirects calls during off-hours, planned absences, holidays or any other scheduled period.
The result is simple: visitors reach the right person when someone is available, and calls follow the right route when they are not.
Every intercom manufacturer approaches scheduling differently. Some IP Video Intercoms include it; others do not. Even where it exists, the terminology, configuration and user experience differ from one vendor to the next.
For administrators responsible for multiple sites and brands, that creates unnecessary complexity. CyberGate provides a single scheduling platform for every connected intercom, so schedules are defined once and applied consistently across your estate.
Whether you manage one entrance or hundreds, the experience stays centralized and predictable.
Teams users manage their own availability directly in the CyberGate app for Teams. A Teams user, or a Supervisor of a CyberGate Call Group, can set their availability to Online, Offline or Scheduled.
When Scheduled is selected, CyberGate checks the user's configured schedule to determine whether an intercom call should be routed to them. No separate vendor interface, no manual change at the end of every shift.
With the rules in place, CyberGate takes care of the routing. Your teams can focus on the visitors and events that need their attention, rather than on keeping call configurations in sync.

The code that opens your door is a key to your building. With DTMF Security Policy enabled, it no longer appears in the Audit Trail, the Call Log or the Device menu.
Interoperability testing with Digital Acoustics IP speakers, IP intercoms and IP amplifiers is complete, so these devices can now be answered and managed directly from Microsoft Teams.
