Interoperability testing with Digital Acoustics IP speakers, IP intercoms and IP amplifiers is complete, so these devices can now be answered and managed directly from Microsoft Teams.
Organizations worldwide trust IP speakers, IP intercoms and IP amplifiers from Digital Acoustics for their critical communication needs, from K-12 schools and universities to office buildings, warehouses, retail, restaurants, airports and military sites, plus leading security monitoring firms.
We have now completed interoperability testing with a suite of IP speakers, IP intercoms and IP amplifiers manufactured by Digital Acoustics, so these devices can also be answered and managed directly from Microsoft Teams.
Digital Acoustics hardware tends to be installed once and then relied on for years: speakers across a warehouse, intercoms at a school entrance, amplifiers in a plant room nobody visits. Those are not devices anyone wants to rip out because a phone platform changed.
With CyberGate they do not have to be. The speakers, intercoms and amplifiers already on the wall keep doing their job, and Microsoft Teams becomes the place where calls are answered and announcements are made, without new hardware in between.

The code that opens your door is a key to your building. With DTMF Security Policy enabled, it no longer appears in the Audit Trail, the Call Log or the Device menu.
Two features on the way: Scheduling for CyberGate Call Groups, and Scheduled Call Routing that plays a Voice Prompt to visitors outside office hours.
