- CyberGate comes with a built-in call recording feature (opt-in) that enables our customers to record audio & video for calls from connected Devices ( IP Intercoms, IP Paging systems, and IP Cameras ) to Microsoft Teams, and vice versa.
- Recordings are securely stored Azure for a period of 10 days (retention period).
- This service is complimentary.
- Ideal for small‑scale deployments, providing a short‑term (10‑day) record of interactions between your connected Devices and Teams.
ATTEST Call Recording
ATTEST is our 2nd SaaS Recording solution - also transactable on Microsoft Marketplace – that works as a standalone application providing:
- Teams Recording: record all calls from & to designated Teams users (PSTN to Teams, Teams to Teams). Including audio, video, and shared screen content for 1 on 1 calls and multi-party conferences.
- Extended Retention Period: configure the retention period of 1 to 12 months depending on your compliance and business needs.
- Audio Transcription: all recordings are automatically transcribed into searchable text. Instead of listening to 100s of recordings to find a specific conversation, search for keywords and find it instantly.
and, ATTEST also extends CyberGate Call Recording with the same feature set !
- Record interactions between your connected Devices and Teams, and
- Record Teams users’ conversations, and

New Pricing for ATTEST Call Recording - What will change ?
Effective February 1, 2026, the new ATTEST pricing will come into effect on Microsoft Marketplace with:
- Lower base fees: monthly base fee for each package dropped substantially
- Audio Transcription included: previously an add-on, now standard in every package
- Better storage rates: cost per gigabyte decreased, longer retention is more affordable
- for the Per User, Sarter, SMB and Business bundle.

- Note: the term Users refers to the number of Teams Users recorded (if any). It is not related to the number of Devices connected to CyberGate.
Real-World Cost Examples
ATTEST follows a consumption‑based pricing model made up of the following components:
- Base Fee
- Number of Teams Users (only for the Per User package)
- Recording: charged per minute of audio / video recorded
- Storage: charged per GB of data stored per month
- Transcription: charged per minute of audio converted to searchable text
Each ATTEST bundle includes a defined number of recording minutes, gigabytes (GB) of storage, and transcription minutes, all measured as monthly consumption.
- If your actual usage per month stays within the bundle’s included limits, you only pay the base fee.
- If your usage exceeds the included amounts, an overage rate applies per recording minute, per GB of storage, or per transcription minute.
While the exact overage prices will be published on our website on February 1, 2026, these pricing examples demonstrate how consumption‑based pricing scales with your real usage rather than requiring oversized bundles.
