CyberGate: Actionable Intelligence from Audit Trail, and NEW Call Log feature
Call Log
Regardless of how many IP Video Intercoms you connect to Microsoft Teams - whether it's a single site or a network spanning multiple states, countries or regions - have you ever wondered:
- How many calls does each Device handle daily?
- What percentage of visitors actually reach a Teams user?
- What's the average waiting time before a visitor's call is answered?
- Which Teams user answered the intercom call and was access granted or denied?
- What's the typical intercom call duration for your locations?
- Who's initiating calls from Teams to intercoms, why, and was access granted?
Until now, these insights were invisible. Not anymore.
Your intercom calls are no longer just connections. They're measurable, manageable, and optimizable for success. The Call Log feature captures every detail of every call, transforming raw data into operational intelligence.
